[Celebrity Wedding] Jason Chan marries long time girlfriend, Sarah Song in England
38 year old Jason Chan finally marries his 31 year old girlfriend, Sarah Song of 7 years in his hometown, England on 19th September 2016. The couple held a rather private ceremony with only close friends in attendance. Sarah's bridesmaids includes Samantha Ko, Leanne Li and Sherry Chen.
