Chinese remake of Korea's She Was Pretty, confirmed Dilreba and Peter Sheng as leads

MBC's She Was Pretty is confirmed for a Chinese remake, starring Dilreba, Peter Sheng, Sierra Lee and Kim Sung Joo. Well I always welcome remakes, if it can topped the original version. A look at the cast here, one can assure you that the acting chops are safe.

I've always love Dilreba ever since her sassy role in Diamond Lovers (克拉恋人) and Peter Sheng after the immense success of Go Princess Go (太子妃升职记). Pairing them up will definitely be new and fresh to the audiences.

Three World Three Lives Drama Adaptation releases gorgeous stills of leads, Yang Mi and Mark Chao

Sorry for the lack of updates, been tied up with some work lately. Anyways, here's some gorgeous stills of Three World Three Lives, Ten Miles Peach Blossom's drama adaptation casts. Judging from these pics, the drama looks promising and worth watching even though I wished Crystal Liu and Yang Yang were the leads for the drama version, because they looked so good and an hour is clearly not enough.

Back to the casts, i'm so happy that they casted Alan Yu (Ninth prince from the immensely popular web-drama, Go Princess Go) in this drama.

[Fashion Critiques] 2015 国剧盛典红地毯 2015 Anhui TV Drama Awards

 

The annual Anhui TV Drama Awards took place last night rewarding deserving artistes. While I don't watch all the Chinese dramas this year, I do know all the celebrities present at the ceremony. What's more, the red carpet segment was such a fun to watch.

Fan Bing Bing accepted her Best Actress award wearing an exquisite Reem Acra gown. The colorful beaded gown looks absolutely regal on her. I'm not going to nitpick about her hair here when everything else is on point.
What can i say? She hardly looks bad.
