[Fashion Critiques] Stars Galore at the 15th Bazaar Charity Night

The 15th annual Bazaar Star Charity Night took place on 9th September this year with half of China's biggest stars in attendance.
I've consolidated all the looks that night, now let's see who dressed better!

Fan Bing Bing shut down the red carpet, killing it in an embellished Ralph and Russo number.
Angelababy comes close, arriving in a sparkly blue Dior gown. I'm glad she opted to wear her hair up, so that those straps could be seen.
Ni Ni rounds up my best dressed list, looking like a modern princess in this sparkly creation from Reem Acra.
Bea Hayden Kuo stuns in a beaded Jenny Packham gown.
Yang Mi in a classic black and white gown from Oscar De La Renta.
Li Bing Bing shows up in a Disney inspired Reem Acra gown, while Zhang Zi Yi opted for a rather relaxed look from Elie Saab.
Victoria Song showed some legs, in this Saint Laurent mini.
Zanilia Zhao dressed true to her petite figure, wearing Dior.
Ying Er in an ivory sweet tiered gown.
Qin Hai Lu in Tory Burch, while Tamia Liu wore Monique Lhuillier.
Tina Tang in Dolce and Gabbana, while beau Zhang Ruo Yun wore a fitted tux from Ralph Lauren.
Angela Zhang in We Couture.
Carina Lau oozes chicness in a fitted black suit.
Yao Chen was one of the rare ladies wearing a pantsuit to the event, i'm liking her white Zuhair Murad look overall.
Ruby Lin in Ralph Lauren and Valentino.
Jing Tian in an overwhelming Oscar De La Renta gown.
Zhong Chu Xi in a bright Delpozo gown.
Miao Miao in Dior.
Bridgette Qiao and Zhang Yun Long
Bridgette's Sherri Hill gown is giving me serious Dolce and Gabbana vibes.
Michelle Chen in Needle and Thread.
Li Yi Tong in a chiffon teal Alexis Mabille gown.
Jane Zhang walked the red carpet wearing a mustard Alexis Mabille gown before performing in a sexy fitted Mugler dress.
Ma Su in a huge Tony Ward gown that she barely pulled off.
Jiang Xin in Dior.
Olivia Wang in a loose black dress from Iceberg.
Lulu Li in two Nicole + Felicia couture gowns. The choices are too bridal to my liking.
Ady An walked the red carpet with her husband, wearing a printed tulle gown.
Amber Kuo in a casual Comme Moi maxi, i'm actually liking the red pumps here.
Zoe Zhang in a bold Alexandre Vauthier look.
Child star, Lareina Song looking all grown up in a white ruffled Vivienne Westwood dress.
Yang Zi in Georges Hobeika.
I wasn't a fan of Jolin Cai's bright green Stella Mccartney outfit, but i'm liking her see through Alessandra Rich look.
What do you think?
There is too much going on here with Chris Lee's Gucci outfit.
I'm simply speechless at Evonne Hsieh's look.

50th Golden Horse Awards Fashion Critiques

The Annual Prestigious Award Ceremony took place yesterday, with many famous 1980s stars like, (林青霞)  Brigette Lin, (张曼玉)Maggie Cheung and (甄珍)Zhen Zhen. Ilo Ilo sweeped away 4 golden horse awards including Best Supporting Actress, Best Director Awards. Ending up with Zhang Zi Yi and Lee Kang Sheng taking home the best actress and actor award.
Stars who came were dressed to impressed, Who was Best Dressed?

 BEST DRESSED
Brigette Lin in my opinion was the best dressed, at the age of 60 years old. She appeared radiant and flawless at any angle. The red strapless gown was perfect on her skin , the caplet was kind of etra but did little to ruin such a perfect outfit! Black gloves and black pumps completed her look.

HONOURABLE MENTIONS
Maggie Cheung can't look any better in this gorgeous navy blue stunning gown by Eliee Saab Couture. Makeup and hair aside, i think that she need to gain some weight and loose those white bracelets. Perfect for a red carpet!
Li Bing Bing looked amazing in this Eliee Saab Couture purple lace gown with sheer panels. Flawless from any angle. Some dripping earrings and rings completed her mordern princess look.
Shu Qi was the sexy starlet on the red carpet in this Valentino Couture gown. From the deep plunge, makeup and hair , she made sure that all eyes were on her. Amazingly gorgeous and sexy.
She later changed into yet another Valentino gown that has a very different appeal to it. I would actually prefer her couture gown than this. I don't like this dress on her neither on the runway.
Sonia Sui appeared a little bit more tame this time round, but not completely in this Giorgio Armani black gown with a dangerous plunging cut. Sonia's natural beauty shined, opting for just dripping earrings and natural makeup.
Carina Lau was statuesque in this gorgeous lavender beaded gown from Elie Saab Couture. There is nothing i don't like in this look. She looked breathtaking at all angles. This is definitely one of the best red carpet looks.
Best Actress, Zhang Zi Yi wore a black floor length gown with white flower appliques from Chanel Couture. I'm glad that she opt out the overlay as seen on the runway, however i wished the belt was on her, the gown was shapeless.
Dodo Cheng was a vision of beauty in this pale pink sweetheart princess gown with an encrusted bodice
with a bow that continued into a romantic feathery tulle. Dodo's body type is perfect for low cut dress/gowns. I absolutely adore this look! One of my favourites that night. I'm pretty sure she landed on a few best dressed list.
Denise Ho was extremely feminine in this nude beaded gown from Emilio Pucci with an open back. Styling wise, with just a silver watch and a chic updo.
Cherry Ngan looked elegant and classy in this liquid silver one shoulder gown with adorned bows from Lanvin. I love the simplicity of the gown. She opted for minimal accessories, chic updo completed her classy look.
Gwei Lun Mei's getup screams classy to me. The embellished high neckline , illusion panels and embellished details is extremely exquisite. I love how she kept things simple with this Alexander Mcqueen gown and just slicked her hair back. She later changed into a strapless ball gown.
Sammy Cheng looked 'manly' and suave in this black suit from Antonio Berardi. I felt like she was leaning onto the props at the back. Sleep updo and nude pumps finished off her manly look.
Alice Ke wore a blue satin gown with a backless cutting which you can't see here. The royal blue looks great against her complexion. But she looks kind of washed out. Gelled back hair completed her look.
Amber Kuo looked amazing in this strapless white peplum column gown. Red lips added a pop of colour. Spiky clutch and platform pumps were the right accessories.
Kuo Shu Yao walked the red carpet in this adorable puffy dress from Giambattista Valli. Cute red pumps and loose curls added to the cuteness. But to me, the Golden Horse awards is equivalent to the Oscars. Maybe something that is floor- length?

That's all for the Fashion critiques of the red carpet for the 2013 50th Golden Horse Awards. I hope you guys enjoy reading it cause i enjoyed writing it. Comment down below who you think won best dressed!
