[Fashion Critiques] 红星大奖 2016 第一场 Star Award 2016 Show 1 Red Carpet

Singapore's largest event, the Star Awards Show 1 took place last sunday at their new campus. Artistes as always, glammed up for the grand event. Now, let's see who made it to my best dressed list.

Best dressed goes to our All Time Favorite Artiste, Qi Yu Wu and Rui En for looking glamorously classic in their respective outfits.

FLORAL ENCHANTED
Jeanette Aw walked the red carpet stunning in a floral embroidered Valentino gown. A sleek high ponytail and coral lips completed her lovely look.
Felicia Chin was absolutely daring donning an almost nude gown from Paolo Sebestian. Not a fan of the look, but I give her credits for surprising.

SIZZLING HOT Ah Jie, Zoe Tay was simply oozing elegance in a maroon Valentino cape gown.
Rising actress, Hong Ling looked fiery hot in a crimson origami gown.

LACY LADIES
Starlet, Julie Tan looked all grown up in a gorgeous Romona Keveza gown that flaunted her slender figure. Sleek straight tresses and a bold red lip completed her look.
Do you like it?
Belinda Lee showed off her curvy figure in this lacy see through number.
Paige Chua stood out in a figure hugging ivoy lace gown which she styled with a high ponytail.

SOPHISTICATED WHITE
Prisceila Chan was mesmerizing in a one shouldered fit and flare gown with a mid slit. I love how she slicked her hair back to show off those dazzling statement earrings.
Vivian Lai changed out of her shiny gown and opted for a clean two piece ensemble which gets a thumbs up from me.

BOLD IN BLUE
Carrie Wong was uninspiring in a electric blue Alice and Olivia dress. From the messy hairdo to the overly thick makeup and finally to the ill fitting dress, everything screams sloppy.
Pan Ling Ling was demure in a covered up Carolina Herrera gown which still stood out due to its loud color.
Model, Sheila Sim was the only one who brought colors to the red carpet in this strapless Ralph Lauren gown. 11/10!

  CLASSIC LACE, TIMELESS BLACK
Jesseca Liu flaunted her figure in a body hugging Tony Ward couture gown. This is when warrior marries feminine. A high and sleek ponytail was the perfect finishing touch.
Rebecca Lim stuns in a bold Ashi Studio dress whose silhouette reminds me of an ostrich. I like how she went matchy matchy and went for lacy tights.
Ya Hui continues to showcase her love for black and leather, donning yet another gown quite similar to her previous choices.

COOL IN BLACK
Huang Bi Ren looked chic and sleek in a fitted Bottega Veneta suit.
Quan Yi Fong wore a lacy jumpsuit with a detachable skirt.
Chen Li Ping decided to stay covered up in a military - inspired ensemble.

PEWTER SHEEN PARTY
Joanne Peh's gray blue gown with a pewter sheen texture goes extremely well with her burgundy lips and hair.
Host, Vivian Lai walked the red carpet in a fitted off shoulder embroidered gown from Vaughn Tan.
Actress Tong Bing Yu went short in a satin mint green Moschino dress which was refreshing against a sea of silver, white and black.
Pregnant star, Kate Pang simply glowed in a pleated silver gown.

SHORT AND SASSY
Host, Kym Ng looked flirty in a baby blue lacy mini which complemented her hair color.
Bonnie Loo dressed true to her petite figure wearing a strapless ivory Vaughn Tan dress filled with Swarovski crystals. Sparkly sandals would have been perfect.
She looked double her age in this matronly gold gown.
Songstress, Kit Chan disappoints in a matronly and ill fitting Etro gown.
